Who we are

Ocelot Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment provider based in Perrysburg, Ohio. This page covers what happens to your information when you visit ocelot-logistics.com or reach out to us.

What we collect

• Stuff you hand us. When you request a quote or send a message, we get whatever you type in: your name, email, phone, company, and details about what you ship.
• Basic site usage. Like most sites, we see general things like which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are, and what device they're on. This runs through our CRM tool, HubSpot.
• Cookies. Small text files your browser stores. Ours help us recognize a returning visitor and see which pages are actually useful so we can make the site better. The digital kind, not the fresh-baked kind.

Why we collect it

Three reasons, that's it: to answer your question or build your quote, to keep the site working and improve the parts people actually use, and to follow up if you asked us to. We're trying to ship your orders well, not build a profile on you.

Cookies, and how to turn them off

You're always in control. Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings, and you can do it anytime without asking us. If you turn ours off, the site still works fine, we just lose a little insight into what's helpful. Your call, no hard feelings.

Who sees your information

Our team, and the trusted tools we run the business on (like HubSpot for CRM and email). That's the short list. We do not sell your information, and we don't hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
